A Simple Prompting

I'm grateful for promptings from the Holy Ghost. So to continue from yesterday's post....My window slid back down today: boo! Well, it's bound to rain or snow at some point, so I was thinking of options of where to take the car to pay a hundred or so bucks to fix it. Well that's when the spirit told me, while driving to 11 year old Mason's house to tutor him for the first time, to ask this complete stranger (Mason's mom or dad) where I should take it. But then I had this interesting feeling that the dad would be a mechanic. WELL the second I asked the dad "where is a good auto-mechanic type place to fix my car window" he said "I am one" and poof. Right there while I tutored his son, he got my window to stay up permanently---for free. How cool is that? So I got my window fixed and I had a blast helping Mason with his homework. I'll be going to his house once a week for an hour or so to help out! I'm just so thankful for the spirit; following that prompting saved me a lot of time and money!

“What may appear initially to be a daunting task will be much easier to manage over time as you consistently strive to recognize and follow feelings prompted by the Spirit.
Your confidence in the direction you receive from the Holy Ghost will also become stronger.
I witness that as you gain experience and success in being guided by the Spirit,
your confidence in the impressions you feel can become more certain than your dependence
on what you see or hear.”
