So Much to be Grateful for!
I'm grateful to have so much to be grateful for today! A. I'm selling a dress on ebay that I bought last week on ebay but wasn't the right fabric and it is actually MAKING money. The highest bid is already higher than what I paid for it. Maybe I should be getting a degree in business. B. The weather is beautiful today and my 30 minute run was bliss! C. I get free dinner tonight at an editing minor open house D. My religion professor wants me to edit his book as a research assistant this spring! booooya! E. A girl is coming by to look at my apartment to buy the contract just for the summer. I definitely just put it up on craigs list last night and poof. The next day I've practically sold it. F. And the best for last: My mission call to Vancouver, Canada is perfect. Heavenly Father knows me so well and even met all of my picky requests. English speaking, normal food, pretty okay temperatures---it feels so right! Here is more proof I'm being looked out for: this is straight from online, "Vancouver is one of the warmest Canadian cities." AND straight from my missionary handbook: "All sisters in your mission drive cars." boooya again! And ps. just take a look back at this week: no more phonetics class, I met Jimmer, and got a mission call. I think this might be my best week so far.

Jessica, I should have known you had a blog! You're an English major after all. Will you be updating (or should I say, will you have a family member updating) your blog while you are serving in Canada? If so I'll be sure to follow your blog. I love reading missionary blogs. Have a wonderful rest of the semester and summer!
ReplyDeleteYes! I'll have a blog where my letters will be posted. I'm not sure if it will be on this blog or an entirely different one, but there will be one! Have a great time graduating; that's so exciting!
