I'm grateful for chinese food. I NEVER thought I would say such a thing, but I think tonight I finally began my recovery towards liking chinese food. The pictures above are of my cousin Kalan and me in chintown in San Francisco two years ago, proudly wearing our chinatown t-shirts. Here's the thing. We were traumatized by chinese food years before then in Flordia when we took a trip to Disneyworld. The smell, the taste, and our rebellious desire to eat at Chick-fil-A instead, all contributed to our aversion to it. Then it just went downhill from there, so we always made fun of how much we didn't like it. Well, tonight some friends and I went to this chinese place in Provo for dinner and Eliza and I split a bunch off food: lemon chicken, fried rice, and egg soup (tasted like chicken noodle). We also had this "chippie" things haha with a spicy/sweet sauce that was way addictive. And the place didn't even smell gross. I think I may actually like chinese food---at least what I ate tonight. I must be growing up or something. Miracles happen people.
hhHHhhhhhahahahha NO! actually, what you said you ate doesnt seem SOO SO bad. But I dont think I will ever grow up andddd I still am obsessed with chicfila- but you are my inspiration!
